When a loved one dies, family and friends want to get together and ‘celebrate’ life. They want to have a service that makes meaning in the midst of sadness and loss.
Funerals allow for the community to support the mourners, and gives structured time and interaction with members other than the family. Attending the funeral allows us to deal with the loss, to say goodbye and to reaffirm the importance of living.
Saying Your Goodbye will provide you with a service that is unique, personal and creative using: poems, readings and scripture, sharing of memories, songs, eulogies and hymns.
Each service will reflect your beliefs and the beliefs of your loved one, using non-denominational, traditionally religious, candlelight or ritual.
